Report a problem
You can help protect the lake. If you see one of these, please report it:
- Fire, or burning reeds or grass – call 193 or 112 at once.
- Waste dumped on the shore, in the reeds or in the water
- Illegal fishing, fishing in spawning grounds or in the strict zone
- Hunting, cutting trees or damage to the reed belt
- An injured or dead bird or other animal – do not touch it
- Building, sand extraction or other works on the shore
- Pollution of the water: oil, foam, dead fish or a strong smell

What to tell us
- Where it is – the nearest village or beach, or your location from your phone's map.
- What you see, and when.
- A photo, if you can take one safely.
- Your name and phone number, so we can call you back.
Your safety first
Do not try to stop people breaking the rules yourself, and do not put yourself in danger. Stay on marked trails, do not light fires, and take care when swimming and boating.
